Air/Oil Power Units are self-contained, air-powered hydraulic units developed for use with small to mid-size die and mold clamping systems. Since this family of two-stage pumps is assembled from standard modular components, it yields effective hydraulic power to suit most needs. Standard units include manual or solenoid operation, or choose remote valve packages. Further options are available.

Manual Valve Packages provide safe, convenient control of hydraulic fluid in a simple, integrated unit. With these valve packages, clamping pressure from a separate pump unit actuates clamps in the bed and ram. Pressure switches in the clamp lines signal if a valve is not actuated or pressure fails. The die lifter circuit provides an adjustable reducer with circuit relief and a return line check valve to keep rollers not under the die up during stamping. Available in five standard models which can be mounted in any position.

Solenoid Valve Packages deliver solenoid control of hydraulic fluid to die and mold clamps. As with our Manual Valve Packages, clamping pressure from a separate pump unit actuates clamps in the bed and slide. Pressure switches in the clamp lines signal if there is a loss of pressure. Available with a die lifter circuit which includes an adjustable pressure reducer with circuit relief and a return line check valve to keep rollers up during stamping. Available in five models.
