Electric Power Units supply controlled, high-pressure hydraulic power to operate small and mid-size clamping systems. The self-contained units generate pressure via a 1.5-horsepower electric motor, then maintain pressure with zero-leakage valves and an integral pressure switch. Optional key-operated pendant provides remote clamp and die lifter control. Electric Power Units are complete modular systems ready for installation. They include motor, pump, oil tank, manifold block, pressure gauge and switch, valves and electric system. All components are enclosed in a protective steel frame.

Proximity Switch Testers

Proximity Switch Testers allow users to evaluate clamp arm positioning and proximity switch function without removing clamps from presses. Plug the tester cable into the clamp connector and hydraulically or manually activate the clamp to quickly test the clamp's internal circuits. These self-contained, palm-size testers include a 16-foot connection cable for new clamps with three-wire proximity switches. Models also available for testing older clamps with two-wire proximity switches. Bright LED indicators quickly show clamp arm position.

Clamp/Lifter Controls increase press safety by combining controls for clamps and die lifters with safety interlock circuits. These remote controls have keyed and standard switches for clamps and die lifter circuits, lights for visual identification of clamping position, and emergency stop buttons. They are available as hand-held control pendants, control panels, and custom configurations as required.
